Default What is this part?

Hi guys, I've been messing a little with my car today, trying to fix an unstable idle (when warm) and realized I don't know what this part is. I could not find it on Honda parts diagram either.

Anyone can give a hint?

On the intake manifold there's this cap, under which some sort of regulator sits

I believe it is the fuel pulsation dampener.

Like previous user wrote, it's number 1 in this diagram https://www.hondapartsnow.com/parts-...fuel-pipe.html
Unless there is a fuel leak around I wouldn't touch it.

Oops, too late. Touched it already. I thought the screw was loose and tightened it. Now after reading some posts my natural question is - how tight should that screw be?

As a side note: after cleaning the MAP sensor hole, sensor itself and one side of the throttle body with some carb cleaner, and screwing the above-mentioned FPD screw all the way - the car seems to run much better and the unstable idle seems to be gone. I will update after a longer drive.

People say you must replace the crush washer everytime you take it off. I never have and have never had a leak from it. I just give it a good tug when tightening it and call it good. Never had any problems in the 5 or 6 times I've taken mine off.
