kpro, just buy a cheap used rsx ecu or grab one from the scrap yard.

I have one in my rsx right now, its unbelievable what you can do with it. I'm not sure about s2000 base maps but assuming hondata releases some you could dyno tune fuel/ign VERY quickly not to mention vtec crossover, boost, gear compensation, fuel cutoff etc. etc.
