Well he did say this "it appears to come from the center area "no shit" and he suggested it was the heat shield vibrating (honda post says it can be mistaken as heat shield vibration) and then he wanted me to pay to have it put on a lift, and then......thats not even fixing it, just to pay to know what it is. The man knows what it is, he wants to get money out of me, when i go back to my oil change, im gonna let them know what happened, and give em a "piss on you" for being morons. Its a COMMON problem for my year of s2k, and he didnt even mention clutch, just wanted me to pay to find out "what" it was.

Ask the service manager if he knows about TSB 00-054. If he doesn't, show him the page you printed and casually walk away. I would find someone else to change your oil.
You could drive your car for another 20k miles, and then change the clutch later. The updated disk number is in the TSB.
