Smart. You should have one for your grandkids too plus one that authorizes you to take them out of the country.
I had one for both kids on the SC trip...actually I'll type something up for the grandson and his cousin that covers taking the little darlings into Canada as well as medical authorization.
Heading south to Florida for the month on Feb 1st. Not our favorite spot for winter getaway, but we need to visit friends/ family who have bought places on the Gulf coast
First stop will be the Raleigh/ Durham area for 3 nites with cousin & childhood friend; then on to 2 nites in St. Augustine with high school friends who moved from Happy Valley PA. After a one-nite stop with Kathy's nursing school roommate in Ocala, we'll arrive in Fort Myers Beach for about 5 days. After a $$$ one-nite stop in a cute beachfront cottage on Sanibel Island, we'll hunker down with my sister-in-law near Tampa. The trip northward at the end of Feb is not yet written, but will include some stops in GA and SC.

I’ve registered for a Rick Steves' thirteen day tour of Southern Italy beginning in late May and ending in early June. I really wanted a Nile cruise, a Peruvian adventure -or- Southern England into Scotland tour, but my better half and I had different likes and tastes…so Italy is our compromise. I’m certain that I’ll enjoy it!
