Please keep in mind that news reports (even those quoting "official sources") are frequently wrong when presenting numbers. I'm not saying this is not a huge freaking tragedy. I am saying be cautious in believing all of the details of early reports.

(Example: two weeks ago the major news channels were reporting more than 100 casualties in a car crash on a major interstate here in CA. Final number was actually 19. I'm just saying to take everything with a grain of salt.)

My heart goes out to those who have lost friends and family. This is a terrible tragedy!

120 at last count. I morn for the victims and pray for the survivors. France will have to decide how it reacts to this attack and the threat of future acts of this nature.

While many of us question the infringements on our constitutional rights since 9/11, I stand with the men and women of the U.S. intelligence agencies who have had to strike a difficult balance between freedom and public safety.

Wonder when the world will wake up and do something about this threat to our society?

Feel sorry for France, and the people there, for what they went thru last night.

After these types of events I wish I knew the answers, any of the many answers.
I'm not sure I even understand the questions.
I envy those who will have a crystal clear view of how to solve these events in simple black and white.
I only see three billion shades of grey.

I read recently that the trends in global warming are going to render vast areas of the Mideast uninhabitable.
I wonder if this will be an improvement or make things worse.
