Another good company.
I really like our Sensi thermostat!

I'd like to give a to Rexing, sold by Amazon. I had a problem with a connector on the camera (which, truth be known, was my fault.) I went to their web-site and explained the problem, and they said "give us a deposit of 10% of the camera's cost and we will send you another, no questions asked. All we need is for you to send the defective camera back, postpaid, and we will refund you your deposit." Amazingly, the replacement camera arrived only 2 days later, with a prepaid shipping label. Mailed the defective camera back to them and my PayPal account was credited immediately for the deposit. Now, that's customer service!

Plus, the camera works great.
