Default Dash Hawk Vehicle Information Display

Since I get a check engine light from time to time, I am thinking of buying a Dash Hawk display unit for monitoring OBD II codes and other engine data. It also allows you to clear misfire codes, etc., and it is not expensive. Does anyone have any experience with the new Dash Hawk? I'm chasing an intermittent CEL that is apparently connected with the Hondata reflash. Or it's a sensor or an injector or a coil pack or something else. When I turn it off after checking everything out and not finding anything wrong, it stays off for a month or six weeks and then voil

I use a reader that plugs in. I keep it under the front seat, but I don't have codes very often any longer.
