Manfred Mann had two top-ten hits after Do Wa Diddy.. Mann topped out at number 10 with The Mighty Quinn, which I'm sure you know was written by Bob Dylan.
In 1977 Mann (with Manfred Mann's Earth Band) hit #1 for the second and last time with Blinded By the Light. Who wrote it?
I am not sure. I will have to look at it when I get home. I just picked it up at a thrift store because Runner was on it and the cover was so cool. One of the things I remember as a kid was being enthralled by looking at album covers in my parents' collection. I am so glad their collection is now part of mine.

I am also amazed at how many songs the Bee Gees wrote for other artists. They are legend.
