Req: Recommendations for 4-seater convertible
I considered a Saab 9-3 convertible before the S. I can't speak for the new 9-3 models, but the previous one was pretty nice. The chassis was too flexy to handle impressively, but the engine had plenty of oomph and I was amazed by the amount of room. Saabs also have surprisingly high reliability rankings.

This may be heresy and I never thought I would say it, but you might want to wait and see how the new body design on the mustang looks. All the previews look pretty good. Of course you will loose the handling of a true sports car, but oh the torque.
