Imagine the psychological damage we're doing by putting kids in the back seats of cars. Mothers should put their infants on the dash so they can keep in constant visual contact.

Not only are they in the back seat, they face the rear of the vehicle until they are about a year old. That must be pretty traumatic too.

When I was a baby my folks couldn't afford a stroller, or even a crib. They tied my feet together and hung me upside down in a doorway to sleep. Then I wouldn't choke if I spit up, and they also thought the blood running to my head would make me smarter. Didn't work.

Well, DUH!! Of course it didn't work. You need to shake the baby vigorously to keep the blood flowing.
