Thanks, Dave.
The wind is howling, not sure how much snow we will end up with. Will be hard to tell with all the blowing. We are still in 12-18 zone. Right now 19 degrees and still snowing....sideways. The plow just went by. Rick is about to bundle up and head outside. The city next to our town has received the official "blizzard designation" I'd guess we have as well.

We ended up with 10" Crusty, frozen on bottom, fluffier on top. Rick did the clean up last night, we are both at work today. Right now it is 21 degrees, feels like 6 degrees and we have a gale warning. Some areas to the north west got 19" . A little more snow is possible tonight, and maybe more Sunday night. I don't see any top down driving anytime soon.
For once we are having a light winter. I think I have only had the snow blower out twice. Figures! After years of not being able to see what I'm doing, I recently upgraded the wimpy light on the snow blower to a nice modern LED unit. Haven't been able to test it out yet.
Ok for the record, winter is officially getting old. got around 10" yesterday. maybe more maybe less. 4 or 5 saturday,
so somewhere around 2 feet in the last week. awfully glad we resolved the septic issues before this started.

We "lucked" out on the Sunday-Monday storm. We had a couple inches of slushy snow fall yesterday, then a change over. Rick shoveled it up, but a little more slush/sleet contributed to nice icy spots in the driveway this AM. The area roads are pretty messy, especially side streets which are never plowed to pavement, so now we have nice ice ruts in those spots. The wind is HOWLING now. We have a high wind warning with gusts up to 55 mph into this evening, but, as I said, we did luck out as we didn't get the additional snow that Jerry and those to the north got.
February is generally not a fun month in New England. This one is shaping up to be typical.
