Over a foot of snow predicted tonight into tomorrow morning.

..WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING
TO 10 PM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 12
inches are expected, with up to 16 inches across the Bristol
Hills.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Travel will be very difficult to
impossible, including during the morning commute on Friday.

Gusty winds and wet heavy snow may cause tree branches to fall,
resulting in scattered power outages. Significant reductions in
visibility are expected.

^^^The worst of the storm is supposed to pretty much stay south of here, calling for 1-3" .

Looks like LB's Cape house will be hit pretty hard. That is the area forecast for the worst of the storm. Good luck!

We have whitecaps on the Potomac River...wind is really kicking up. Recent gust at Reagan of 62 mph.

Looking at eaglecam.org. Liberty is sitting on her two eggs, but that tree is really moving around.

Went to bed at 10:00, no snow on the ground. Woke up to 14+ inches of heavy wet stuff at 6:00. Took two hours and a full tank of gas to snow blow the driveway. (And I didn't finish.) Made me an hour and a half late for work, where I sit because I have nothing to do!
