It's been mostly cloudy, very breezy, cool and overcast in Loveland, Colorado but a little snow is predicted on Friday. I'm glad. I haven't gotten sick of the white stuff yet. As to the breeze, it was trash day and I took my regular and recycling trashcans down my long driveway. When I went to get them I had three cans in the shallow ravine next to the road. I took one back across the street. Today I also walked around picking up blown trash. I found a new tent in a bag, with no poles, lots of paper trash and two Chuck- it dog balls. The dog balls were in use tonight, as I saw the back fence neighbor three dogs chasing them once again after I chucked them over the back fence today. My side neighbors have not lost a tent. I know! I'll send it to Lainey! She loves camping! She can order new poles online and have a great time!

If the boat ride on the Potomac happens as scheduled on Sat evening in spite of snow (now forecast to be 1-3"), it will be in the mid-30s for the two-hour excursion. Ugh...

You are most kind, Patricia! However, I bet you won't have to look too far to find a more deserving person as a recipient of the tent. Save yourself shipping costs and all.

Lost power for 2 hours yesterday. Lots of small tree branches scattered around the yard. Didn't lose any pine trees, but did have to "straighten" up one of the new ones planted last year. Woke up to snow covered yard and driveway. Car covered in salt again!

Oh, alright, Lainey. I'll keep the tent in CO.

Loveland, Colorado is predicted to be 65 today and then get light snow tomorrow. I gotta take advantage of today! Ride the ElliptiGO if I can fix the gear issue I created or wash a car.

I don't know if I could handle big swings in temps all the time. 65° to snow in 24 hrs would like drive me and sinus nuts. We are at 41° right now and sunny. SO, it's too nice to be in but too cold (with wind) to really do much outside. When the wind stops, its nice - just need a sweatshirt but when the wind gusts, where's my winter coat? As a result I've not done much outside today. We are expecting 1-3" snow tonight/early AM. No big deal and only a 10° swing or so in the temps. That, I do not mind.
