I think we are now expecting 5-8 inches over the next couple of days, but since it will be messy most of the day, local schools are closed tomorrow. We are fortunate to not get the same amount of snow as other areas. Boston area could end up with 20-24" of snow over the next couple of days. ENOUGH!!

It was a good day at Huntington Beach, CA. The pier's resident pelican was posing, as usual. (Crappy cell phone photos.)

Wow! How long is your driveway, Jerry? Must be very pretty when everything is green!

It's about a 1/4 mile. it is a shared driveway though. We have 5 houses on it.
over the weekend I cleared those snowbanks back 4 feet on each side for the length that you see.
With more snow coming we wouldn't have been able to get emergency equipment or the oil delivery truck down the drive.
That was rather important since I want the ambulance to be able to get here for the heart attack induced from clearing the snow.
