Meguair's No. 26 is easy to find, and not very expensive either. I know some professional detailers who buy it in bulk. It is a good product to try out, and see if you like it. You probably will.

Thanks,
Richard

but my literal answer to the question of what my fav carnuba is would be p21s... very easy on and off, minimal dust, great shine, and i love to use it over just about anything else!

P21S over Klasse AIO is a classic combo that looks great. I did that exact combo a week ago on my client's dark silver metallic BMW and I forgot how much I like P21S and how easy it is to use.

You may even find it locally if you search around a bit. Or go for the very similar formula (may even be the same) of S100 which you should be able to find at some Harley or other motorcycle dealerships. The packaging is virtually identical to P21S.

And Karim - you sure you put that on right? That stuff should be sliding off the car at that angle!

I have a jar of P21S and it's a good wax. However, Detailer's Pride Max Wax blows it away IMO and it costs the same as the P21S. I tried some Max Wax a few months back and the reflections, flake pop, and wetness are all greatly improved over P21S.

Also, KrazyKarim make sure to remove the tag off your towels before you use them. The tag can scratch your paint.

I've been using Pinnacle Souveran since 2000, now that my car spends some more time outside (daily driver) I am using Souveran over the top of Klasse AIO. Looks great and lasts a long time. I probably get 30-40 full coats out of a $70 container so at $2 per it's pretty reasonable.

Yup Souveran is good stuff. However, the thread starter stated . . .

My budget is normal range, I am not spending 50+ bucks for a wax, I just think that's absolutely retarded.
Souveran was on sale for a couple of days last week for $50, but that sale was over quickly. Usually it goes on sale 2-for-1 around Christmas time.
