What is the best way to maintain the soft-top between washes? Some bird thought it would be fun to leave me a little gift and I don't know the best way to get it off without damaging the top. Any suggestions?

I have had my s2000 for two weeks. Ordered a Cabrio Cleaner Kit (under Car Care Kits) from this web site. It has everything that you will ever need to keep your top in NEW condition. Good luck!

Bird poop washes off easily when it's wet. I'd soak it, let it sit for a while then hose it off using a moderate spray from the side. Spraying down might push it in. I've had good success with this.

I too purchased the cabrio kit and agree it has everything one could need for maintaining the top.

On a side note, how about removing bird gifts from the paint? I have been a bad husband and remiss in my duties of maintaining the paint on the wife's car (not S2K...yet). I now have to deal with aged bird poop which has dulled the paint.

Any suggestions?
