Default Floor Mats

Well, this might be a stretch for this forum but here goes. I'm looking for fowl weather floor mats for an 07' Chevy Silverado extended cab. Primarily the front seats, but would consider the rear as well. What's out there that is very good. I figure around $100 for a set of fronts. Opinions welcome. Thanks

I know autogeek.com is having a sale. I saw the Weathertech and the Highland custom. Does anyone have any experience with these?

Looking for holiday gift for father inlaw- builder type.

Is that a genuine work truck with vinyl seats and floor covering? I know some contractors that get their trucks so nasty that they just hose out the interior when they wash it.

If that is the type use it gets, it may be better to get a cheapie plastic mat than a good carpet mat.

I have a set of the Weathertech mats from an old car I no longer have. They're very good. They hold a lot of dirt/water and keep the floor pretty much clean during the winter.

Got the factory all-weather mats in the subaru and they kick butt. Hold a lot of water/dirt/crud and keep the carpets clean. They've saved us a couple of times with spills, the last being a bleach spill that the mat caught all of.

Don't know about the brands mentioned, but I'd highly recommend such a mat.

The truck is a sudo-work truck due to the fact that he's kind of retired, yet still does some work as well as it his daily driver.

I agree with the weathertechs too...I have a set in my wifes car, purchased new in 1998 to go with her 1998 Rav4. Yup, we have rubber mats in her car OVER the carpet mats. Anyway, it took until this year to fail. I noticed a split in the bottom of the drivers side one when I was cleaning it a couple of months ago, but we got 8 years out of it and it still looks to be in good shape, it just won't hold the slush & water anymore. Pretty darn good I'd say.
