Default Help....

I backed my car out of the garage today and did some spring cleaning in the garage. When I finished, I noticed there were several small dark yellowish spots on the clearbra and a few on the hood. (Odd thing is, I washed the car a couple of days ago and did not drive it, but somehow a bug excreted some yellow crap on the car). I went ahead and dampened a microfiber cloth with water and cleaned up the spots. The spots came right off the paint, but when I got most of it off the clearbra, there was still a yellow tint where the damn bug poo was.
I went ahead and detailed the whole car. I tried removing the yellow tint where the spots were with plexus, quick detailer, klasse AIO, and even tried a bit of Folex, which lightened it just a little, but it is still there.
Does anybody have any other recommendations of anything I should try?
Thanks

you tried just about everything that i would have tried.
maybe autoglyms bug & tar remover (might be too late after the other products)
maybe wd-40... dont let it stay on too long
or maybe an all-in-one type heavy duty cleaner-

a plastic polish would also be worth trying- be careful for light scratches... test a small area before going for it.
polish is the most aggressive choice.

Thanks Wanabe.
I heard that some bug stains bleach out from the sun, so I will try parking my car in the sun for a few hours (if we have a sunny day), and if that doesn't work, I will give DW-40 a try in a few days, when I can wash my car afterwards so that my neighbors don't think I am too nuts for washing the car two days in a row
