Default Help!!! Spray paint on car!!!

I was spray painting a chair of mine in the garage the other day. Today I noticed there are small freckles of spray paint on the rear bumper. How can I remove this??? Isopropyl alcohol comes to mind, that won't damage the paint right? I used some cheapo $2 spray paint tho. Please help...there's some on the glass window too how do i take that off? I didn't realize the paint particles drifted over and settled there for a couple days...i know i'm stupid...at least the paint and the car is black.

I think I would use a clay bar.

A clay bar will take that off with no problems, had a similar incident with another car and the clay bar worked great.

Try the clay bar. If not you can also try bug and tar remover.
