Default P.O.S. buffer

lol aright well anyway iv got this POS buffer my stepdad has he bought if for about 25 bucks at wall mart or something probably it plugs into the the cigarette lighter. lol so what do you think should i try it or shal i just polish my car by hand?

It doesn't generate enough friction on the paint/heat to do any swirl removal. You can use it to wax your car though

also a good way to get the "feel" of the machine if you havent used one before...
but as ubetit indicated, you will need a real pc when you are ready for your polishing-

Good powertools are expensive (the PC is not expensive comparatively). It will last you a long time though and so will your pads and polishes.

One thing I always suggest though is once you get the hang of it find two people who will pay you to detail their cars. If you can get two or so paying details it will pay for all your supplies.

I bought a ryobi buffer for like 50 bucks its total junk and as soon as you apply any pressure it over loads the motor...total junk. Perhaps i apply my wax to liberally hmmm
