driveway!? don't you know half the fun of the S2000 is offroading!

Damn It! I just noticed today when i got to work that there are some scratches on my hood! It looks like a cat got on top of my hood! I tried using some Meguiars Scratch X but i can still see it. Man this sucks!

any tips on getting rid of minimizing the view of the scratches. they're not that bad but i'm a bit anal and it is killing me!

buy some 3M rubbing compound, glaze, and high polish wax... use the compound by hand, don't use an orbital or anything as going too far with it will only make the situation worse, but if done properly, and glazed and waxed, it will look better than fresh paint...

somebody told me the meguiars scratch x is like the 3m rubbing compound. is that true?

ha ha ha, hell no... scratch X is nothing in comparison... in all honesty, i find scratchX to be next to useless... 3M rubbing compounds are more abrasive, and will actually smooth out the area... Get the 3 part series, go easy until you get a feel for the compound, and by the time you are done, you'll be surprised...
