is it true?
my friend's dog jumped up on my car today, and now i have small dog nail scratch lines on my car door. is it true that a dogs nails are made of cartilage that can not scratch your paint? if so, i was told that clay baring will remove this, is that true?
Sorry, that's absolutely false. If it's a light scratch though you might be able to remove it by hand with Meguiar's Scratch-X. I know it works great removing scratches from human finger nails.
Yup. False. Dog nails are PARTLY cartilage (ask anyone who ever clipped a dog's nails and cut too far down) but the actual nails are indeed hard. However, 90% of the time, they are light scratches, and can be buffed out.
