Default Vinyl removal

I'm still in the process of removing vinyl from HIN. I got most of the regular stuff off but I'm having trouble with this other kind of sticker. When I go to pick it off, it wants to crack and flake off. It's almost like hardened plastic wrap. Like the stuff that easter baskets are wrapped in. I was told to use a hair dryer to help remove it. I'm gonna give it a shot with the hair dryer. Anyone else have any other tips?

Thanx,
Chris

warming it up is a good idea...
do it in the sun if you can-
and dont use any tools to reduce the risk of scratches and swirls.
wd-40 might help.
be sure to wash and wax the car when it is cleared.
