Default Waxing wheels

I just recently got some volk wheels, and i've read plenty of threads that waxing the wheels helps later on with cleaning and keeping them cleaner longer from break dust, but I was just wondering since its never really mentioned in any of those threads is do you just wax over the stickers to or do you avoid it and just wax around them?

Im not sure if synthetic wax or carnauba wax affects the decals different? Any input on brands you've used would be greats thanks.

i usually use a sealant on wheels. it does dampen build up on the wheels if you have a nice coat of wax/sealant on them.

I use Menzerna Powerlock on my wheels and the vehicle body. It's a sealant and I decided to use it on my wheels because it is one of the slickest surfaces I've ever felt. I did the inside of the rim with some spare Liquid Glass that I had sitting around as I wanted to use it up, I went to clean off some brake dust and grease recently and it just slid right off quite easily.

I would to give them extra protection, even if it is just a small amount, you want those decals to last as long as possible and they can be quite fragile in many cases.
