I just got a fix-it for not having mine, but he just added it to my 65+ ticket...

I haven't had my plate on in the five yrs I've had my S and this is the first time I've had an issue with it.

i dont have mine on but i keep it under my seat. i've been behind cops several times, or had them passing by never been pulled over *knock on wood*

i used to keep it on the dashboard showing out the windshield on the passenger side but i heard in a bad accident it could decapitate my passenger's head off so i put it on the floor lol

Had my S for a year and 4 months or so

got pulled over two weeks ago for "no front plate" although he admitted it was just a legal reason to pull me over to see if i was drinking. I was leaving a restaurant in La Jolla around 11pm, so he was hoping to score a drunk driver. too bad for him, and he let me go and told me to put it on.

that was the only time I have gotten pulled over for that reason
