Ups is a bunch of tards. Hopefully paypal will side with you because it was not as described and damaged but usually they side with the shipper because they only care that it was shipped.
Some chooch did the same thing to me (you have to wait 30 days) and he kept dragging it out and waiting til the last day to respond. Meanwhile he has all my parts and I'm out over $2000

Glad the giant pillow arrived safely and is working as expected.
Everything is back at UPS.
He likely wouldn't been able to have a replacement made anytime soon anyway. Not to mention the head is damaged (no packing material to protect it; just PLASTIC WRAP/SARAN WRAP!!! The head components are precision pieces made out of aluminum (a soft metal). Why he thought this was sufficient is beyond me). I've requested a full refund through PayPal.
