Well, despite not getting any responses from HTG, my hardtop arrived.

Ordered on 5/31, received 6/19.

Is anyone getting any response from Jeff? I ordered some fluids/washers recently. Got only a partial order(all but one item) but charged for all and the shipping. What arrived was very timely but don't have any idea about the missing item. Tried all the e-mail addresses I could find and a couple of phone numbers. Not one response. Have had good luck with him previously but some communication is key. Perhaps he can give an updated general response for all of us? Please

I placed an order last week and have not received shipping confirmation or parts. I always get my packages from him within 3 days max so I knew something wasn't right. Hope things are okay. I didn't know people were having problems. I just stumbled across this thread today.

Jeff emailed me saying my parts should be with him anyday and he will mail it out, but this is the 3rd time I have heard the same response.

Said he refunded a large portion of my $886 to my card and I should be able to see it. I called the card company as I couldn't. They sais no credits or pending transactions have been posted. I emailed him back saying so and asking for exact refund amount. No reply.

Sigh...

Seems like they might be overwhelmed and not enough help?

I got an email from him on 6/22 saying that the red "H" emblems release date got pushed back to 6/24. He said he will have a set for me on 6/24 and that it will mail today but like kchandra said i have heard this before. I shall wait and see what happens. The main reason I ordered from htg is because so many websites sell the fake badges and claim they are genuine. I rather wait for a part I know is genuine than cancel my order, not to mention if he doesnt have badges in stock than lots of places may be out of them. My tranny failed a couple months ago and the part i needed to fix it wasnt gonna be released from honda for another month. When I emailed htg I sent an email to all of his addresses and got a reply that day then emailed him a couple hours later and got another reply an hour later.
