Received a partial order 6/19. Great response as order was placed 6/14. Tried many times since then to contact about the missing item. No responses to date. Hope that it just shows up soon but not confident. Next week I guess I'll have to start a dispute with the CC company. Sorry that it has come to this. Jeff if you are monitoring even a general post here with some info/apologies would go a long way toward making people feel better.

 

I'm a UK owner that placed an order for a HT fitting kit last week before seeing this thread.

Having posted a question on the UK forum someone's pointed me to this thread which I wish I'd have seen before.

I'm really disappointed now as I thought this was going to be a week wait tops for my parts.....I take it my bits will eventually arrive then?

Yay we are going on a few months now. Not one call back, not one email back. I have left 8 voice mails, and sent numerous emails. This is insane.

I have asked for an update or a refund multiple times. What a tool!

wtf is wrong with this guy? it only takes 2 minutes to come on here, and explain why he's ignoring everbody? even if he doesnt get any sleep at night, it was his choice to run a business, and he needs to follow through with the people that trusted Jeff with their money. this shit is ridiculous.

Yeah I'm pretty dissapointed.

It's around $400.00 in product which isn't alot compared to some but it's still 400 bucks that has already been charged to my visa.

Worst is that I'm moving in 30 days. Who would have thought i'd have to worry about stuff I ordered almost 2 months ago going to the right address.
