I really enjoyed the ability to order parts from HTG but until this mess is finally resolved, I'm stuck shopping elsewhere.

I am really upset about this wait now, to tell me my stuff has shipped, not seen it for a week and then not reply to my emails is not very nice. If this silence continnues to keep up, I am about to contact my cc company and just file a claim. I have been extremely patient thus far....

I'm not sure how it works in the states, but if quite a few guys start filing against HTG, the credit card companies are eventually going to come down on him.

I requested today that he cancel my order.

If I don't get a response by tomorrow I'm filing a dispute with Visa. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Waited 60+ days for tracking #s or a response on a $400+ order.

Called him 12x. Emailed him 8x. Not one single response.

I have cell phone records and emails to prove it.

Extremely frustrated with Jeff.

What a waste of my time.

okay i placed my order on 6/27 and received as of today, 7/8.

not bad IMO. my order was only 100 bucks though.
in my receipt i have a different name aside from jeff.

Gary G of Boyland Honda.

maybe you guys can try emailing or calling that dealership and talk to gary...

Some movement on my order.....

I dropped Gary G an email yesterday (thanks for the info Swang) and today have had an auto generated notification from HTG saying my order is 'COMPLETE'

Before it was 'PROCESSED' so I guess this is a good move?!

Fingers crossed anyway
