Well, I've just had a mail from google checkout telling they will refund me as they can't contact him either.

Well, I never saw this thread until well after I ordered and didn't get it. I don't check the stickies or this forum every time I order a commodity item for a known source.....until I have a problem.
I think this thread more influences the responses when one posts a 'Where do I get ....?' or if they actually use the search for such an inquiry.

I am sorry to hear about HTGs recent service. I have purchased lots of stuff from Jeff over the years and never had a problem with big or little orders. I am not defending his recent customer service history but it is entirely out of character.
I hope everyone gets their money back or whatever item they ordered and that Jeff hits the reset button and returns to his normal business model.

I consider myself lucky, but would agree that everyone needs to stop ordering from him ASAP. 

I am really annoyed that this site continues to have the banner ad.
The mods know of the problem and should stop the ads until we receive customer service (i.e courtsey to return emails) and our parts.
I've ordered from Amazon and parts are not charged to cards till they have shipped, my money was taken a month ago.
No email reply from Boylands yet....
