that is not my fault that UPS takes a while ot do a insurance claim, and get it to me, and them so i can get it to you, i contacted you often letting you knwo what was going on, and i sent you your $700 for your "cardboard swirls" on your rims so you can get it repaired.. so i dont want to hear that i was full of promises, you got your rims and your $700 so i dont want to hear im not a good guy to deal with

Commenting on UPS taking awhile to get you a check. I know for a fact that UPS sent my claim amount of $928.33 to you on May 3, 2005. I know that I contacted you numerous times by IM's and VM's to check the status of this from early May through June and into early July. And when you stopped responding to my inquiries, I had no choice but to contact an attourney.

I have pages and pages of IM log files that show your promises to get me the check by such and such date. Also you used to string things along by saying you were waiting for multiple check to arrive. This went on for a month or so.

You had more than two months to get me that UPS claim check to me. This follows suit with your empty promises to get me the wheels in the first place, which took about three weeks longer than promised. After you received the money, you then inform me "oh by the way, I have to first use your money to buy other wheels before I can send you these wheels". This was never mentioned prior to sending the money. You said "if I get the money to you by Wednesday you would ship them Thursday or Friday of the same week". Then, the wheels arrive about three weeks late only to be damaged.

He PMed me and was critisizing me about my little quote in my sig. He was saying that I should change my 240 hp to 220 or something so I can avoid any embarassment. I thought he was joking but he PMed me again, so I got pissed. I was like, no - all s2k's are 240 to the crank. He argued and argued that only the 04-05 are 240 and the older models have 220

 

well Gary, that gave me that money to take car of shipping, thats what they do, they include the money for you to get ur rims fixed and the money for shipping, i dont know how many times i have to explain that to you but im sure once you'll catch it..

and its funny how your saying how i came out with $$, those rims that were shipped to you have little cardboard swirls... you really think it takes $700 to fix that? give me a break, but whatever i dont care, enjoy that rims

thanks for responding. this whole thing started at least 6 weeks ago. when we finally struck a deal it went as follows.
black interior, including the following:
dash, door panels, roll hoops, rear deck and trim, front kicks and trim, rear panels under the roll hoops, running boards, center rear area (scecret compartment console) and a few other parts.
I aggreed to pay 250 up front, and the rest upon deliver and inspections of goods.
I sent the 250.00 via paypal, received 2 boxes of small parts, no door panels or dash. then he promised to send the rest in a day or two. I heard that 6-7 times and nothing else has been sent. I have his cell and his home number. the home number was disconnected. after a few days he emailed me apologized and said he sold his 69 camaro and was sending the door panels out (that was monday of this week. since then I have called (his phone is back on) and left messages, and sent email with no responses.. I have all the PM's and emails saved to verify my story.
