I had a bad experience with Import Tuning Garage. I ordered a test pipe on the 2nd and they didn't even ship it till the 9th. It took me 2 weeks to get my order.

Remember folks, just because they're a sponser doesn't make them a good seller.

 

So this is prolly how its gonna go down although I do not want it to be like this. Im not sending him the brake light at all. Im going to have to spend $200 to fix the spoiler and bondo the holes from the emblem. So now Im going to have a $436.90 invested in a BYS spoiler because someone just happened to forget to add a description. Tell me...how is this fair? Im more than willing to work out another deal...but he's odviously not budging. At this point I'm willing to work out a deal... like I will pay for shipping back and maybe half of shipping that you spent? I dunno... it cheaper than spending $$436+ on a stupid BYS spoiler.

 

From an outside POV, I think what vtecissexy offers is logical. he is willing to pay for return shipping which he should and he is also willing to pay half of what you paid which is no more than 10-15 bucks.

If jdmghostrider does a refund through paypal, it'll send him everything including the paypal fees and no one will lose any money.

vtecissexy already lost $20-$25 on this because of an incomplete for sale ad. i think jdmghostrider should also sacrifice from this since he is also responsible for not giving out all the information on the condition of the wing

 

You are correct on one thing, i'm not budging. Not because you offended me and the shop that has done all of my bodywork or the fact that you refused to send me the third brake light but because you continue to insinuate that I am an ignorant individual.

Had a horrible time dealing with KstreetDC a.k.a. Will, I live one state away from himand it took him two weeks to deliver some OEM mirrors, he said he kept forgetting to ship them but he did not forget that I paid him!!! I have also heard of problms with him never shipping some peoples product so buyers beware

 

Now you're just making excuses to keep the guy's money.

I know people can sometimes forget things because it recently happened to me (I made it right) but come on. There were modifications and flaws not discussed in your ad. I myself wouldn't have been able to use your wing because i wouldn't want to cover up my S badges. I would be asking for a refunded on that alone. Throw in the wetsanding needed and the area that rubs and there were many things left out of your second ad.

You also called him out on the Paypal thing which he completely verified. His side of the story keeps getting stronger, while you keep apologizing for things left out of your ad. I know you have a lot of vouches for your character but you are starting to show otherwise by your actions.
