In all fairness... you both are going to spend more money on an attorney then its worth... looks like you both were willing to reach an agreement... why not put the anger aside for a moment and give each other the benefit of the doubt.

my uncle is a lawyer and he's willing to take my case. Coming to an agreement is what i want but this man has so much ego in himself that its impossible. Doing business with him was horrible. The guy act likes he's a professional in transaction but he's rude and act like he's tough. These type of people should be challenge and ban. If you see... he owes me $300.00 .. and he can't even refund me and get it over with. I also talk to another member that spoon-er owes over $1000.00 that is taking action too. He's untrustworthy and a fraud. He obviously need the $300.00 more then I do. I guess he doesn't make as much showing kids how to cheer lead at where he works..

What the other member sent me...

Hey, I saw that post you left about getting $ back from spoon-er. I too have money that he owes me. Im in the same boat as you. What did you send him money for? How much you out? Also, where are you located? What's your situation? Have you heard from him at all?
What address do you have for him? I know he works here :http://www.encorecheeranddancecompany.com/
...and I had PayPal'd encorecheer@yahoo.com - so I assume he has some sort of relationship with the owners. I'm out $1200, so Im pissed. I may file with ic3 as well. Keep me posted on your progress.

People..

Just a friendly FYI..... I get that emotions run high when dealing with bad transactions but can we please try to minimize the barrage of F-bombs and threats? Also, complete sentences would be nice.

Thanks

If that is the case (meaning that you have actually send it) then I sincerely appologise.

BUT, you have to bear in mind, that not even I dont know you personally, I did not even knew your true name before I actually sent you the money through paypal which then showed me your name. When you send money, you expect the other person to send it immediately, and not after a few days. You might have done business over here with numerous other guys but I am not even on the same continent, and even when I asked your tel. number so we can speak over the phone you did not even tell me your real name and ofcourse you did not even replied to my answer for your tel. To be honest I hesitated alot, but I actually went ahead and sent you the money. Instead of you showing the same good faith I showed from my behalf, you delayed sending the AEM from the 18th till the 23rd. I understand that you might been busy, but I dont thing that this is an excuse, especially when I asked you to hurry up so I can have it till xmas.

If you were in my shoes, what would you think?! Its a different thing waiting for someone to reply if he is going ahead with a buy, and a different thing to actually having sent the money and waiting for the other person to send you the goods.

Hope everything goes well.

EDIT: Received the package as seen and described in photos. Thank you very much and sorry for posting here in the first place!

I understand you want to get your items right away. However, I believe that if an item ships within 5 business days that is an acceptable transaction. Most companies do not send items out the day they are ordered(if you purchase new). Patience is a good thing. I have found that most members on this site are straight up, and I've been around here for almost 7 years.

Merry Christmas all

Whether 3 or 5 business days to ship out is acceptable in my opinion as long as there is communication between both parties throughout the transaction (agreement on payment, payment sent, payment received, shipment sent, shipment received, etc...)

My $.02...
