This sucks balls!! Vtecissexy dont be discourage from buying parts in this forum alot of guys are legit and will do anything to sell their parts(in a good way) I bought a set of GAP Sports wheels for $1600 through paypal, andthe seller decided to drive 4 hours to my city just to drop off the wheels. Those kind of people are the ones that keep the for sale forum up and happy. Good luck with this guy though, sorry about that.
jdmghostrider is one of those guys, he drove 3 hours to deliver his Mugen HT and drove 2 hours to deliver this BYS spoiler only to have the buyer back out. But like HondaGal said, the only way this situation will get resolved is through mutual agreement and compromise.

I still am lost as to why I should come to a compromise with this... I asked all the questions before I received the spoiler that normal people do. I was lied to or "mislead" obviously (as you can see via the screenshot of the pm. ) I'm willing to take some loss shipping the item back and maybe helping to pay for the cost of shipping that it took to send it out to me but that's it. I'm not putting this on my car... it'll require body work on the car, body work on the spoiler, and a respray just to get the spoiler to where the spoiler described should be.

Do not buy from "suzuka2k3" aka "Alan Stevens"!!!! This guy is all bad news. I purchased a spoiler from him through his for sale post located here:

Forums - FS suzuka blue parts

He was very good and prompt about answering all my questions and concerns through PMs. Once I paid him $216.00 on 7/13/07 thru paypal, all contacts and replies just disappeared. He even changed some parts on his for sale forum as soon as I paid for it. It used to have pictures of the spoiler with it stating sold to me and now its gone. I've been sending PMs and emails almost everyday but still no replies on anything. I have all his PMs regarding are whole conversation with this transaction and he is full of s**t.

If anyone in the Houston, Texas area would like to follow up on this for me, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Gabe

The bad guy's username is 'allblacks2k'

One of his latest posts is:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=499950

I sent him a check for $1,850.00 for wheels. He got the check and a while later, I still didn't get my wheels. I called and e-mailed. I got no reply.

Then, two days ago, I got an e-mail from him saying he sold the wheels for $2100, and that I lowballed him because we somehow agreed on a low price of $1,850.00.

I got no wheels, I sold my old ones, so my car's on jack-stands currently. He doesn't reply to my e-mails, or voicemails.

I'm waiting to see what's going on with my check. Their's a $30 fee to cancel the check, banks are closed, and the customer service representitave states the check is pending for clearance. I wrote to him requesting to semd me the check as well as called him. Still no reply.

If need be, I will take legal action to the full extent of the law.

OneQuickS2K - Pretty shady character, states parts are of "OEM" paint in good condition.

Luckily I was local to him so I went to check out the parts in person, turns out the OEM paint was some Macco paint job with clear coat runnings. Chips on most of the edges.

Luckily he didn't ship them or else I would've been stuck with the piece.

All that was wasted was a 30 min drive.

RonnieB.

Although alot of people said hes a good seller, he screwed me over

May 22nd, I Pm'd him and said I would buy his Master Cylinder for 58 USD. May 31st. He received the Money Order I sent him. He said he sent out June 1st..I wait 20 days, and PM him back on the 21st, he said it should be here any day now...Messages me July 5th saying he sent it to the wrong address and got the box back with the master cylinder still in. And now he hasn't responded to me yet even though i know hes on the forums selling his RSR exhaust.

So just be careful dealing with him, maybe its just bad experience for me
