Hey Prelewd/ s2k dont start thrashing my name around bro cause I replied to your pm man. I bought some things here using my mom's credit card ok ( with her permission of course) well I spent about $3000 dollars on the card. My mom works as a commercial diver and she out of town for 2 months and back for 3 weeks, the credit card has been trying to contact her about her account and couldn't get a hold of her, so after a couple of weeks they decided to contact paypal and for some reason paypal just initiated a chargeback. Now we contacted the credit card and verified everything and they said they didnt initiate the chargeback, so what we did is we cancel the chargeback today and had to sign an affidavit to cancel the chargeback. The weird thing is if our credit card company didnt initiated the chargeback but paypal did, that means if they did a chargeback on you the money will go straight to PAYPALs account. I didn't bashing your name when your mirrors got here with scratches, so calm down bro and wait for paypal to do their retarded thing.

Bottom line is i received junk (AEM isn't even working) and didn't receive alot of parts I bought from him. Some parts I did receive but were wrong.
He's still active on alot of forums.

this would be the first i am hearing of a non working AEM thats #1
#2 i owed you aprox 800 in parts that were lost in the mail, I have since than mailed out a PO money order to cover this like explained in the PM this morning. the PO is verifying if it was cashed or not.
odd to me that 2 boxes arrive but a 3rd didnt, thats neither here nor there.
gauges u say were wrong, ill say it again u were sent pics of the gauges.
funny the AEM was working in my car and the persons car on this forum I purchased it from before it was shipped out.
ive done numerous transactions on this forum and HT and not had any issues...

We tested the AEM today and it doesn't work at all.
My tuner said the seal was open so someone went into the unit. Another $900 wasted.
So the only part that is correct and worrking is a $95 HG out of more than $2300 I sent you.
The pictures of the gauges were made with your phone and the color of the gauges was not to be seen on it. I asked for amber colored, you sent me white ones.
You supposedly sent me money more then 2 weeks ago! It hasn't arrived.
But i'm not suprised.
Dude, you're no good. I'm over it now but it has cost me alot of grief the last 8 months doing business with you.

About 7wks ago I sent payment for an AP2 headlight from txs2knoah from my WTB thread. He replied, stating he had one, 1000miles old, and was willing to ship it to me. A few days later I sent the $350US through to his HOT_DOGZ_4_EVERYONE@HOTMAIL.COM paypal account - which is unverified and only has a user rating of 2.
4wks ago I contacted the seller, asking why I am yet to receive my headlight, having it already taken 3wks to get to me here in Australia.
txs2knoah replies, he only sent it 1wk ago (3wks after payment was even sent). I said ok, and have waited another 2wks again for it to arrive - still with no shipping / tracking number that the post office has conveniently lost for him.
So I waited 44 days since payment was sent off - then filed a claim with PayPal on the 18/8 - and the seller stated he would refund me immediately not wanting his name tarnished on s2ki.com. Its now the 30/8 - no payment has been received, so I PM'ed him, again, saying whats up and where is my money.
Seller replies "yea. but your complaints locked my account. drop the claims and i'll send the money". I'm sorry but I have to call bullshit on that one. I know how PayPal works and I know how scammers work since I have been scammed in the past.....
So I have since escalated the claim to a dispute, as of 20 mins ago, and I know the seller is online, but has yet to reply to anything said in PayPal.
I have since found another AP2 headlight I wish to buy, but I want the funds from this one refunded first.
I have been a member of s2ki.com for well over 3yrs now, and I have never been scammed before.
All I want is this resolved and my $350US back into my account.

So you're saying that the AEM was not new... that doesn't make it right for it to be broken and unsealed. You could at least told me someone fiddled around with the electronics. But wait, I wouldn't have bought it then right!
You have never given me a tracking number for the missing package which is very convenient. I have to believe you on your word which isn't worth shit.
Even IF that $800 ever arrives in my account you still owe me over $1400 on broken and wrong parts. I have no hope at all ever getting this settled with you, just want to warn others to never do business with you.
And about the pictures, I DID ASK GOOD PICTURES ! I asked pictures of the whole lot which you didn't send. All I could see on that phone picture was that they were Defi's. I couldn't even see that a color was mentioned let alone the wrong one! Are you stupid?
