JSSC AP1

I bought the set of JDM OEM AP1 headlenses from him. What I got was 2 driver side housings! He realized his mistake once I brought it to his attention and said he would do what he could to solve this situation; This was on September 12th...

I have tried calling both phone numbers, leaving multiple messages with no answers or replies. I have yet to receive a response from my pm to him days ago (and what makes it worse, is that he replied to another S2ki members yesterday, as the member posted on his thread)

I have lost patience with the run-a-round he has put me through for the past 3 weeks. I am pending a claim through paypal since this guy does not have the decency to simply avoid this whole situation and refund me my payment.

This is the best part... here is a picture of the headlights he took prior to the sale. Both are pictured here (a glimpse of the other headlight in the right side of the picture), so it is obvious that he must've known that he had 2 driver side lights before he sent them to me...

Do not do business with this JSSC AP1!

damnit i just bought a ap1 veilside front lip and bys spoiler from him.. he said hed ship monday didnt do so.. sent a message sunday "tom. it goes out!!" i ask him for tracking info nothing its been since sunday a continuous battle to contact him paypal will be hearing from me to get my 350 bux back..

 

if you receive the item, paypal will not cover you. Even if the product is not as described, paypal cannot do anything since it was not sold via ebay. I am in this situation at the moment. I would just deny the package once it arrives and do a charge back.

If you paid with your credit card via paypal you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. Happened to me and i got a full refund and i didnt lose my paypal account.

 

damn so im out 340 bucks? that sucks.. i paid with my visa check card .. shoulda used a capital one card to get my cave men to go after him haha

Astevens2k is a horrid seller. I paid for my CF trunk lid on oct 1st 2007 and it's been over 17 days and I have nothing to show for it. I have PMed 3 times him and no reply. Don't buy from him!!!!!
