Came home to about 4" of heavy wet stuff. Fortunately the snow blower worked like a champ!

We've been very fortunate so far, but I'm expecting we won't luck out completely. Although the near future looks pretty good. It's gonna be almost 60 here tomorrow.

We are finally getting a wet winter in southern California. In the past week I got 1 inch, 2 inches, and 4 inches of rain. That total of 7 inches in a week is more than we got in the entire season last year, and the year before.

That's so pretty when its in someone else's yard. We don't have any but there's a little on the way... hopefully not much as we have a lot a traveling to do every day for a week or so as the wife's sister died on Monday.

I was wondering how you were doing. The news reports here have been showing some pretty terrifying sights out of California.

Yeah, doom and gloom for the news. Plain old excitement for some long needed rain isn't newsworthy.

California’s rain and high country snow is totally welcomed. That’s what I’ve read and heard from my SoCal friends. Albeit there are a few overwhelmed areas.
