Default VALENTINE ONE INSTALL HELP

Can anyone suggest a good install place or give me a hand with clean hardwire install of the valentine. I just ordered it today and should have it in 5-8 days after getting a $308.00 dollar speeding ticket on 95 (going South) passing the Gateway exit (FHP) after slowing down to 86 in a 55 at 6:53pm on 09/04...damn!

Also does anyone have the phone number of a good traffic lawyer?

Thanks
Joe

call the ticket clinic. they have offices in all three counties. You will ahve to mount it to the winshield with suction cups (i think they come with it. you can hard wire it around the dash and over to the fuse box. The only thing is...you will ahve to remove it every time you park or your car will be broken into. Running the wire is easy. there is a foam strip between the dash and the window down low, you cah lay the wire in there and just run it around to the drivers side and into the fuse box

hope that helps

I just did the hardwired install of one and love it. Here's a link to the article I used to get me going:

The hardwire install pictures are especially helpful for the electrical connection; but you really don't need to take all the trim off to run the wire -- it'll slip between the windshield and the trim if you poke at it.

Mitch had it right, though, about placement. What I've done is to mount it on the dashboard, on a little stand, back from the window an inch or so -- this way, I can slip a windshield sun screen between the glass and the V1 to hide it. With the top up, it's almost invisible that way. HPH
