Default Daylight Running Module

So i finally got my s2000 and now i am getting everything ready. I was told that i needed to get the daylight running module done at the local canadian tire. Can someone explain the procedure they use to install it and what it exactly does? Does it involve cutting anything etc... As far as i am concerned I heard it just allows me to run the lights during the day... does this affect the projectors? I know these questions might sound kind of stupid, but i just want to make sure they don't do anything i don't like ..

Also it would be nice if anyone has any pictures of what it looks like. The module, how the lights look etc..

Thanks for any help in advance.

The projectors are removed, they cut several bits of body work AND then they put it back the way they do at Canadian tire..i think they have to cut a bit of the bumper out too.

I wish Xviper was still around, he'd know all the details

Got my car from the US. To pass the inspection at Canadian Tire all you have to do is hook up your HID lights to constant for when you turn on the car.

Dont pay any extra money for anything.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM. - Darcy

As soon as you leave the parking lot, you put it back to normal. But I guess if you want to have a mechanic at Crappy Tire work on your S2000 for S2000 go for it.

Best bet if you are not mechanically inclined is to take it to a trusted friend/mechanic, therefore you will have no fires.

Funny, all this time I thought daytime running lights meant jogging with a armband flashlight.
