I just got the same lip, I have the four spacers and screws, the two short and two long, is that all there is to install? Drill four holes in stock bumper? I also have 2 pieces of plastic that are for the install, they each are labeled R and L (right/left I assume) and have 3 holes each...any ideas?

03_AP1 pretty much summed it up. Unless you want to fill in gaps, there's no need to take it to any shop. Installation for the lip is very straight-forward.

Cool. So these plastic pieces are not really for anything?

are they black, flat looking things? They are spacers for the screws that go in the fender wells at each side.
