Blacknot you need to make your Dillard House reservations

SortaRican & BelowRadar: Are you fellows going to make this trip?

Zacksdad2 has been communicating with Jimreaper (Jacksonville area) and DaWorm (South Florida area) and they will or may be joining our crew for the trip. Welcome Gents!

I spoke with Chip earlier this week and he was in NC scouting out roads (so he said) actually when i spoke with him he had spent the day in the Martini kit . We had a conversation but he called me the next day to find out what he said .............................If this is a warm up it should be interesting once Sailor Jerry joins him

I might be in, although I'd be taking the project car up there. Going to get a steering vibration checked out Monday to see what it is and get it fixed before I say for certain if I'll be able to make it.

Funny thing as we are headed south on 441 south of Madison, I saw Scott (Zacksdad) headed north. Called him on the phone and we talked for awhile.
This was by far one of the coolest things ever to happen. Here we are heading up to Helen, GA for a weeks vacation, taking a 2 lane road through the middle of GA, and who calls me but Chip !! He states..."hey, are you speeding through the middle of GA in your Blue Hot Rod?..." Talk about a small world............!!

"Wolf Pen Gap Road"

Chip told me about this road. It does not show up by this name on my Georgia Gazeteer map. But, I had always wanted to take Hwy 180 from Blairsville down south toward Suches. Once I got off of Hwy 129 (yes...the one and only) I found out this is the one and the same.

OMG ..................!!!!!

Just when we thought War Woman was a "warm-up" road, I can only say......."Yikes".......

I was beggin' for this road to end so that I could just catch my breath and wipe my armpits. The new Dunlops were fantastic and a great way to break them in.

We have to work this in for you guys/gals to comprehend what it's all about.
