Yup, $21k it is. I don't appreciate any problems today as he sounds like he is very ready to get rid of it. The owner is driving up from Houston today for the paperwork and I am driving him back later this afternoon. Later on I will have to go to the dealer to get the extended warranty transferred to me; I think it is just a $50 charge and a little paperwork. I want to give it a full paint cleaner, polish, wax next week and switch it to synthetic next oil change. Then I have to get new rear tires.

Even better news is the quote I got from progressive - $104/month to insure the 2002 GTI and the 2002 S2k.

As for the Miata I already got 4 bites from craigslist.org so I am thinking it may not be too hard to unload.

BTW the way if anyone needs a non-comprehensive vehicle history report just give me a VIN# and I will get you one.
