Update

I just spoke to my insurance adjuster and they have decided to total it. thank goodness.

So they totaled it becasue the water got in the car? Or what?

The reason they gave me was, "Even if we fix it, they could never assure me that all the electronics wouldn't malfunction somewhere down the line because of the flood water".
