Default Top cut!

Someone didn't like how the top came from the factory and decided to give me some extra ventilation this past weekend. I really don't understand why people can't let you enjoy something you work hard for!

If any of you can let me know of a good place to get the top replaced let me know.

Thanks,

Ben

That won't work. Guntersmurf went through the same thing a few weeks ago, and checked it out. I don't recall exactly why, but he was told that it won't work.

I know how you feel!! Someone decided that the paint job on my little go-go machine needed a little "touch up" so they dragged a pocket knife down the passenger side from the door handle to the trunk. It's going to cost the old insurance company $2,300 to get it fixed at Stuart's in Dallas. The bad thing is that it happened at my house. People are sometimes just a#@holes when to comes to other peoples things.

*shiver* This is one of the reservations I have of getting the S2000. Does your cost of insurance go up when you submit a vandalism claim?

Not as of yet(hope). I go to turn it in a week from today, and the shop said if it's "perfect" in my eyes they will fix it again for free.

According to the local Honda dealer the new top w/ glass window will not work with pre-'02 S2000's. Furthermore, they are unsure as to whether or not the '02's will even have a glass window. Apparantly all the photos we have seen are of prototypes.

Order the top from Trevor and save about $250. Expect to lose your car for three days while the top is installed.
