Ok what I would do is give the Map sensor a good tap. This lives on top of the throttle body on the intake, and is a square black plastic sensor.
As AJ says, looks for any loose hoses in the engine bay.
I doubt that will solve it so then I would remove all your plugs and inspect them. Check none are loose - it has been known.
If no luck then I think you are into things which aren't easy to test.

Yep it resets as well as code clears AFAIK, AJ. At least most code readers do.
The idle will go bandy afterwards which should prove it! (tries to cut out when you blip the throttle)
