Sounds time consuming, and if they're good then they'll have a high hourly rate. I think it's probably fair given the job spec.

CEL haven't done that many S's I got them to look at my old S when I ICE'ed that up. They were clueless the OEM door speakers are 6.25" and not 6.5". They need adapters.

The price is reasonable if it takes them 5-6 hours and they use decent speaker cables, decent RCA's to the amp, put in dedicated power and earth to amp & HU

And like Graham says manage to get the door off with out damaging anything
The speakers I have ordered are 6.5's.... will there be issues?

I'm worried now, hope they know what they are doing?

I thought about fitting it myself, then I read the instructions for the Modifry adapter...

Any damage and there will be trouble and then a large bill for them.

i am very surprised they would take that long to install it all, hardest part is the speaker cable going from doors into car, took me about 40 minutes to do both sides, head unit is not long at all 20 minutes worse case, remove door panels and fit new speakers 30 minutes, run cables to sub and whatever else is straight forward unless the S has changed that much from last years to now.

RCA leads you can get from
