I have called them about my alarm.
It depends on the version. Mine is the Honda OEM alarm with the 3 button remote.

Of course the OP may have the H&P version (this only has 2 buttons on the remote)

I have the same as you Booti, the OEM with LOCK, UNLOCK and BOOT.

Were H&P not able to help you Booti? Or what did they say?

Couldn't help me as the Honda alam is not theirs.
H&P basically made an aftermarket alarm that was fitted to the cars in the early days
All the 3 button alarms are only supporte (or not) by Honda.

I have the wiring diagram and the check list of what each connection should do, just trying to find the time to check it all.

Think the next thing for me will be to take the module out and have a look inside.

Moelycrio
Just to confirm you have checked the simple stuff (as it will be after Xmas before I have time to do further checks on mine), check all the following fuses are good

Fuse 5 (10A) and Fuse 9 (10A) under the bonnet
Fuse 10 (7.5A) under the dash

I would suspect you will be seeing other issues if these have failed, but worth checking.

Just to give you an update, I managed to get a multimeter on my alarm this weekend.
It appears my issue may be with the bonnet pin switch as I am getting no voltage from it.

Can anyone advise where it is located please. I have searched on here and under the bonnet, but can't just locate it.
Is it part of the bonnet latch?

Sorry to reopen but managed to get a dry area to complete my checks.
I have managed to prove my issue to the bonnet pin switch. By disconnecting the cable my alarm is now working. Not sure if you will have the same result but it's so quick to check, you may as well try.

Pop the bonnet. By the latch (right side as you look at it) you will see a 2 wire connector. Unplug this and see if you alarm then works.
You lose the alarm detection on the bonnet, but gain everything else.

If that still doesn't work I'll get you all the instructions I have followed so you can work through it like I did.
