Can You Believe This Idiot
I personally cannot believe how irresponsible this seller is, stating that the car is firstly salvageable and secondly as its unrecorded someone could attempt a really poor repair on this and put it back on the road without anyone knowing! This sort of thing should be made illegal and traders like this should be fined.

Bit of t-cut will sort most of that.
If you look you can report the ad saying it's an undeclared cat C/D write off. That probably means you can report it if you know the car is a Cat C/D and the seller has not said it, but I've chosen to assume that it also means the car would clearly be a Cat C/D write off if it was inspected and hasn't been.

Oh my goodness! I cant see that being cost effective to repair. Seems like the guy hit a post and span round. Would not trust a single part on that car. Be surprised if the chassis is straight.

What gets me is the owner would have got much more than to breaker would have paid for it, so why has it got into the hands of this crook instead of the insurers? This needs an e-mail to the DVLA.

I saw the car advertised by the last private owner a month or so ago, it was on for around £7200 is memory serves correct.
The current trader must have purchased it as it was up for sale a couple of weeks later at £7995. I spoke to him on the phone and he said he'd call me back but didn't, a day later it was listed as sold.
And now the same trader has relisted it claiming that it could be worth £9k when put right.
I smell a lot of bull, and there is no way that car should be back on the road as HPi clear.
