I ADZ9, I used to get lower back pain from the seat when i first got the car, so much so, I had to have some physio, she worked out the change in my life was the car and had a look at the seat and pronounced it was terribe and lacking in lumbar support , i cut a lump of foam and placed it behind the rear pad which is only fixed to the rest of the seat at the top and bottom , well it is on m car
