Well i reset the ECU and hand a good check of the CAT and the sensor. Still got the CEL.

Going to honda tomorrow. Think i will ask them to change the bolts on my ECU as well

Honda belfast are knobs. I asked them to change the bolts on the ECU and fit the crank pulley for the supercharger.

They said they wouldn't as it wouldn't be safe and that the bolts on the ECU are there for a reason. I pointed out i own the car and i its my choice but they refused to do it.

and when idle revs up and down like a whores draws.

found that switching off and restarting stopped it which at least makes the car drivable but ultimately if it this the icv it needs replacing
Turns out you are correct, is the idle control valve.

And they relented and replaced the ECU bolts with proper ones.

They are now charging a rather astonishing
